Natalie Pankova, PhD
Director, Operations

Dr Pankova completed her degree in the Faculty of Medicine (Department of Laboratory Medicine & Pathobiology) at the University of Toronto, under the guidance of Shelley Boyd, and was a key contributor to the development of TMi’s scientific platform and Tracery’s technology. Prior to joining TMi and Tracery, Natalie spent 6 years working on various projects in the ophthalmic space, both on the basic science and clinical science sides. Additionally she has an HBSc in biochemistry with a focus on organic chemistry, and spent time in the quality control department at Wellspring Pharmaceutical Corporation. She previously led the preclinical team at Translatum and recently took on the role of Director of Operations, contributing over a decade of team leadership, project management, and business expertise from other industry sectors.
